Avocado Roll is more than yoga products, it is an inspiration to connect with nature and our roots.

All the Avocado Roll yoga products have been designed and handmade by me.

There is plenty of love and effort in each of them. From the selection on the fabrics in local markets, to the sewing process in my small home atelier.

I only work with natural and organic products. All my yoga and meditation cushions are filled with cleaned, sterilized, and heat-treated spelt husks from controlled organic cultivation. The aromatic flowers and herbs from which you can choose to accompany this main filling, come from the Spanish countryside where my family lives, and where I spent some of the best moments of my childhood, running and playing through those flower fields, enjoying the scents that nature offered me and that now I would like to offer to others.

Savasana might look like a nap at the end of your yoga practice. But it’s actually a fully conscious pose aimed at being awake, yet completely relaxed.

The Warrior poses are excellent for the overall vitality and strengthening of the body. They aid in building stamina and make your body strong as a warrior, thus the name.

Virabhadrasana II is a great pose for balancing and stability, and is one of the most powerful standing asanas.

The pose stretches your inner thighs and works on the hamstrings; it is therefore beneficial for the urinary tract. Your hips get a nice stretch. Chest and lungs are opened wide and the blood flow improves as well.

In case you suffer from back pain, the warrior pose can be a great remedy.

Things to keep in mind: While going into the asana ensure that the body weight is distributed evenly on both the legs. The back leg should be stretched straight without bending the knee and the front knee should be bent at right angle.

Practicing Down Dog can help to balance and stretch your whole body—but be sure to practice it with care and attention. If you’re stiff, the pose may feel challenging because of tightness in your shoulders and hamstrings. To experience the maximum benefit of the pose, paschimottanasana should be held for at least one to three minutes⏳. For a more restorative version, you can place a bolster on the thighs in order to support your torso.

Due to its challenging nature, it may require you to let go of the desire to fold fully over your legs and, instead, surrender to the posture as it is. Helping you to balance effort and surrender, as well as detachment from the end result.
